Hill McManus Ltd primarily delivers workplace training, such
as accredited Literacy and Numeracy courses and VRQs (Vocationally
Related Qualifications), to employees of small, medium and large
companies and organisations in a variety of sectors based in
the South East. We often bring our services directly to the
workplace, sometimes with bespoke courses aimed at meeting the
needs of both the learners and the employers involved. Our client
group is comprised of a mixture of both overseas and British
learners.
Hill McManus Ltd is also involved in employability (including
Skills for Life, IAG, Work skills, NEET Apprenticeships etc)
working with the unemployed, hard to reach learners or those
recently made redundant. We serve this client group either in
community settings or at our own training facilities as appropriate.
Hill McManus Ltd delivers training services all across the
South East. Our demand-driven model ensures that we provide
according to the changing needs of the workforce. Our current
training locations include Southampton, Crawley, Brighton, Eastbourne
and Hastings. We have also established short term provision
in Tunbridge Wells, Seaford, Bexhill and Crowborough.
We offer accredited courses that lead to a nationally recognised
qualification wherever appropriate, and this may be achieved
through a portfolio of work or online assessments.
Level 2 is usually the highest qualification that we can provide
cost-free with government funding and Level 2 is the adult equivalent
of a GCSE pass.
